At Catalyst we are proud of what we do and of what we have accomplished in the past five years.
Our company begins with technology. We seek to discover and make available new and innovative solutions for our clients. At CSI we are a leader in Relationship Management. Whether its relationship Management with our clients or employees, we strive to build innovative solutions/strategies that drive value for our clients and our employees.
We have made great progress since 2005 when we launched our Recruitment Innovation. This has been our road map for building a company that can meet our goal to deliver high performance for the long term. Today, our company is pursuing a broad array of exciting growth opportunities. The strength and diversity we built under the early years of the Recruitment Innovation enabled us to partner with some of the largest financial institutions as well as pharmaceutical companies in their pursuit of talented and dedicated resources.

CSI’s world headquarters is located in Princeton,NJ, a stone’s throw from the prestigious Princeton University and Princeton downtown. While not all offices are equally well-stocked, these are some of the essential elements that define a CSI workspace:
Hallway Fit and Fun- Bicycles, treadmills, total gym and large ping pong table are the focal points in a CSI office.
CSI Officers- Officers of the company believe in an open door office and everyone does everything in the company. All employees wear several hats at various situations. Spot awards and recognition awards along with an extra day off on your birthday are regular practices at CSI.
Recreation- Friday lunches, movies, cruise lunches and dinners,fishing as well as outdoor team building activities make CSI a fun company to work with.
Snack Rooms- Bins packed with various cereals, gummi bears, M&Ms, toffee, licorice, cashew nuts, yogurt, carrots, fresh fruit and other snacks. Dozens of different drinks including fresh juice, soda and beer on fridays.
Annual Parties- Holiday parties as well as summer parties are an annual affair for employees from all around the globe to come and know their colleagues. Gifts / prizes / fun for kids as well as good music are some of the highlights.
